During this 1.5 hour movement exploration, we will:
Meditate to reflect on where we've been and where we're going
Anchor in our bodies through dance to receive the seeds of our intentions
Witness each other's authentic movement and expression
Cut out noise, clutter, and distractions to invite in unexpected revelations
Arrivals will start from 6pm onwards and we will promptly begin at 6:30pm. Address will be provided closer to the date. Please bring a water bottle and comfortable clothes to move in.
